THE GREAT HALL
One of two halls available at New Vintage Place, the Great Hall is over 3,400 square feet suitable for a variety of event formats. Whether you’re hosting a formal seated dinner, a speaking engagement, or a strolling convention, the Great Hall’s wide open floor plan, soaring ceiling, and towering windows will provide all the space, flexibility, and character required to ensure an unforgettable experience for your guests.
THE VINTAGE HALL
The second of NVP’s two event halls, Vintage Hall is 3,200 square feet of versatile space overlooking the main lobby. In addition to the hall itself, with its high ceilings, large windows, and exposed brick and structural steel, your Vintage Hall rental includes exclusive access to the lower level Lounge. From wedding ceremonies, to live performances, to cocktail parties, this unique setting offers endless possibilities sure to create a lasting impression.
New Vintage Place’s main floor Lounge is an ideal space for networking, mingling, or greeting your guests. Directly off the main lobby and centrally located, the Lounge is included with any hall rental.
THE ENTIRE BUILDING
For events requiring maximum interior space, rental of the entire New Vintage Place facility is recommended. With access to the Great Hall, the Vintage Hall, the Lounge, and both dressing rooms this option is well suited for large corporate events, trade shows, and is required for weddings and receptions. You really can have it all!
Tucked away on the top floor of New Vintage Place is our Main Dressing Room, complete with a spacious seating area, full-length mirror, mini-fridge, one-stall restroom and one-way mirror overlooking the Vintage Hall. Our second dressing room is located just off of the Great Hall ensuring that bridal parties will not accidentally cross paths and includes plenty of seating, a large screen television, and full length mirror. Both dressing rooms are included in the rental of the Entire Building and they are the perfect place to relax before walking down the aisle and dancing the night away!
